Arc Intelligence collects the information you submit through this website: name, organization, work email, role, and the content of your message or assessment responses, for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and evaluating a potential engagement.
We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in systems used to manage business enquiries.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by writing to lbiyela@arcintell.org.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may process request metadata such as IP address.

Arc Intelligence provides infrastructure, monitoring, assurance, containment, and managed operational services around enterprise AI systems. Responsibility for business decisions, underlying models, and organizational policies remains with the client unless expressly defined otherwise in contractual agreements.
Arc Intelligence does not guarantee AI correctness, regulatory compliance, prevention of every attack, the behaviour of third-party models, or downstream business outcomes. Scope, service levels, and liability are governed solely by executed agreements.

Security
Client engagements operate under controls defined in the engagement architecture, including agent identity, role-based access, data boundaries, inspection and sanitization, isolation, telemetry, and structured logging of controlled actions.
Arc Intelligence holds no third-party security certifications at this time and displays none. Certification status will be published on this page when it exists.
Security requirements specific to your environment, including data residency, retention, and evidence formats, are defined during the assessment and recorded contractually.
Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Arc Intelligence systems or this website, report it to lbiyela@arcintell.org with the subject line SECURITY DISCLOSURE.
Please include the affected asset, reproduction steps, and any supporting evidence. We ask that you allow a reasonable period for remediation before public disclosure, and that you avoid privacy violations, service degradation, and access to or modification of data that is not yours.
We acknowledge good-faith reports and will confirm receipt. Arc Intelligence does not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme.
